Working with OPS
Send your business name, website if you have one, the issue, and any important dates. A free 15–20 minute fit conversation helps confirm whether OPS is the right match. Audits and written plans are paid work.
You receive a written proposal covering deliverables, pricing, revision limits, responsibilities, and any outside costs. We check access and supplied materials before promising work on a particular platform.
You review the agreed drafts or preview. We check the deliverables and provide the files and handoff listed in the proposal. Publication or account changes require your approval.
Before you inquire
Yes. A focused correction or review may be enough. You do not need to buy a larger package or ongoing support to get started.
Only when agreed. OPS offers original identity and logo development as a separate branding project. A presentation refresh applies the identity you already own. Website improvements preserve sound work whenever practical.
We can review your public information and identify corrections. Setup and improvement are available for eligible locations with owner authorization and appropriate access. Individual vacation homes and businesses that operate only online are not automatically eligible.
On-location photography and short videos help customers see your business, property, products, or services more clearly.
Before booking, we’ll agree on the location, subjects, visit length, final photos or videos, editing, formats, timing, and price. Any travel costs or special requirements will be included in your quote.
Already have footage? Editing supplied footage is available as a separate service.
Content-only batches prepare materials for your approval. Scheduling, social content with scheduling, public comment support and email services have their own defined scopes. None includes unlimited management or round-the-clock inbox coverage.
Existing price ranges and payment terms are listed in the shared project terms. The two on-location capture services are quoted by project. Your written agreement confirms the work and any outside costs before you commit.
No. Shared research, discovery, setup, and duplicated content are counted once in the written scope. Additional work or outside costs need approval.
Your existing materials and accounts stay yours. The proposal lists the final files, usage rights, and any editable source files included. Client information is not reused in another business’s project.
No. We deliver the agreed work and correct our own scope or technical errors under the agreement. Search results and sales depend on factors outside OPS’s control. Accessibility checks are practical improvements, not a legal compliance certification.
OPS does not offer custom reservation engines, complex payment systems, bots for missed calls or appointments, daily unlimited management, or legal, accounting, HR, cybersecurity, crisis, or river safety advice. The service guide’s exclusions for political content also remain in place.
No. Business Solutions is a service line within OPS. Lesterville is home base, and the work serves businesses throughout the Black River community and surrounding areas.
