OPS configures your workspace and tests the agreed workflows with you before customers use them.

  3. Learn the daily tasks

Before you choose

Practical questions, straight answers.

Access, ownership, support and how OPS fits the tools you already use.

What is OPS Software built on?

OPS Software uses HighLevel, configured and supported by One Paddle Society. HighLevel provides the underlying platform and product updates. OPS handles your agreed setup, training and support.

Who can access our information?

Roles and permissions are configured around your team. We agree who can view, change, delete and export information, and who manages billing and integrations. You receive a record of the access setup.

Can we take our data with us?

Authorized administrators can export contact information to CSV. Conversation history and other records have different export options. We identify what you need to retain or move and document an exit plan before setup.

Who helps if something stops working?

Owen is your OPS contact. During a platform outage, OPS checks the vendor status and shares the available updates. Your quote records the support scope, account ownership and access arrangements so your team knows how the workspace is managed.

Does it replace the systems we already use?

It can bring several daily tools together. Accounting, payroll, patient records and other specialist systems may still be needed. We check the connections and agree which tools stay before quoting.

What affects the price?

Plans start at $199 per month. Setup is quoted separately. Your workflows, integrations, usage and support needs determine the total. Read the pricing and setup details.
